Just like you, I suffered for years with my health. Physically, Mentally and Emotionally I had no idea which choices were good for me and which ones weren't. 

I think it's pretty safe to say that we all know that eating fruits and veggies along with healthy fats and proteins are the basics of nutrition, but figuring out what the right choices are for you and your body's specific needs, is where it usually gets complicated. 

With hundreds of different diets out there, and literally thousands of different delicious foods to try, just thinking about navigating through it all can become a little bit stressful. 

Thankfully, there's a type of diet and or a system (that isn't really a diet) known as intuitive eating. 

Intuitive eating, or what I like to call eating from intuition, teaches you how to listen to your body in a way that no other diet can. It teaches you not just about the foods you're eating, but how they effect your body physically, emotionally and energetically.

It helps you get to the root cause of your cravings, it transforms the way that you look at your body, and it completely redefines the word diet.

What I love most about eating from intuition though, is that not only does it help you to feel healthier on a physical level, it also helps to improve your mental health.

As more and more research is being done, we're learning just how much our diet and the foods that we consume impact our hormones and the neurotransmitters that are essential to us feeling less stress and more happiness. 

After 12 years of research, endless amounts of trainings, classes, and certificates, I've been lucky enough to learn which foods, plants and supplements are the biggest helpers when it comes to mental health so if that's something that you'd like to improve, you've come to the right place.
