Nutrition Consultations

Hey there and welcome to the friendly nutritonal corner of the internet :)

With so many people claiming to be experts in the field of nutrition, you might be wondering why in the world you'd want to work with me and what background I have to be able to support you when it comes to nutrition. 

Well, I'm definitely not an expert in every single area of nutrition, but thanks to working in the natural products industry since 2017 I've been able to learn an incredible amount of information about some of the most common health issues that people suffer from such as:

I'm certified as a holistic nutritionist, I also have two product specialist certifications with Botanica Health and Natural Factors. I've participated in over 50 in depth natural product trainings, I've tried literally hundreds of products and have worked in some of the most well known health food stores in Montreal. 

I've also trained other natural health professionals in hundreds of different products and have been interviewed by Health Line and Pop sugar for my expertise in the health benefits of cannabis and CBD.

Whether you're looking to find simple solutions to your health strugles or you're looking for support when it comes to choosing the right supplements for your specific health needs I'm confident and so freaking excited for us to finally find the answers you've been looking for!


General Nutrition Consult

If you've been struggling with a specific health issue then my general nutirion consultations are the way to go. 

It typically takes between 2-3 sessions to be able to start seeing the health results that you're looking for. 

Session are between 30 to 60 mins long

Pantry Party!

Pantry Parties are all about helping you to discover how you can start eating healthier with what you've already got in your pantry.

We'll go through what you've got, then we come up with a plan on how you can start making simple upgrades to your meals so that you can see the results you're looking for that much faster. 

Nutrition for Stress Relief

If you're looking to reduce your stress levels, knowing which foods posisitvely vs negatively impact your nervous system is the way to go.


In these 1:1 nutrition consultations I'll teach you all about how what you eat impacts your stress levels and what you can do to start better supporting your nervous system in order to start feeling less stressed before you know it!
